Resetting Your Patient Portal Password
If you’ve forgotten your password or need to update it, you can reset it anytime by visiting the following link:
https://portal.akutehealth.com/forgotpassword
You’ll be prompted to enter the email address associated with your patient portal account. Once submitted, a secure link will be emailed to you so you can create a new password.
Important note: The reset link is time-sensitive. If it expires before you use it, simply return to the same link above and request a new one.
