Reviewing Your Medications in the Patient Portal
The Medications tab shows:
- All reported or prescribed medications
- Directions, dosage, and start date
- Quantity, refill count, and type
Please note that some items are listed for documentation only (not all are active prescriptions). Contact your provider if anything looks off.
