Sending and Receiving Messages and Documents in the Patient Portal

Navigate to the Messages tab to view your communication history and stay connected with your care team.

You can:

  • Click the green “+” icon to start a new secure portal message to your provider
  • Click into an existing thread to continue the conversation
  • Attach files to an existing conversation if needed (e.g., a form, photo, or document)

Replies from your care team will appear in the same thread, helping you keep all communication in one place.

Note: Messaging availability and response time may vary by clinic. For urgent concerns, always call your provider directly.
