SMS appointment reminders (overview)

To enable SMS appointment reminders, toggle on "Enable appointment text reminders" in your organization settings.

Please note the following:

• The appointment reminder texts will automatically be sent to all patients with mobile numbers listed on their demographics page. At this time, you cannot send to select patients/patient groups (currently all-or-nothing).
• Appointment reminder texts are sent 24 hours prior to the appointment start time. At this time, appointment reminder texts cannot be changed from being sent 24 hours prior.
