If the start time of an appointment changes, patients will receive this text:

If a future appointment is cancelled, patients will receive this text:

{organization_name}: Your appointment on {apt_date} at {apt_time} has been canceled. If this is a mistake, please contact us at {organization_phone} to reschedule.
