SMS reminders (video appointment)

If the appointment is a video visit, the SMS reminder will show the video link instead of your clinic location.

SMS reminders will come from (855) 632-0718 24 hours prior to an appointment.

Here is the text copy that will be sent to patients:

{organization_name}: This is a reminder about your appointment on {apt_date} at {apt_time}. If you cannot make it, please contact us at {organization_phone}.

Here is the link to your video meeting: {URL}

Example:

Acme Health: This is a reminder about your appointment on March 2, 2022 at 1:00 PM PST. If you cannot make it, please contact us at (555) 555-1234.
