Telephone/video visit SMS reminders

Currently, telephone visits are not scheduled as video visits, so patients can be confused when they see the office address when they are expecting a phone call.

Akute is working on a long-term plan to reduce confusion, but please email Akute Support at support@akutehealth.com if you’d like us to temporarily disable clinic location from being included in SMS texts. 

Please note: if your appointment is a video visit, the SMS will include the video URL.
