View Appointment Activity and Change History

Akute now tracks all appointment activity directly in the UI for better visibility and auditing.

When you click on an appointment from the Calendar, the appointment details modal will now include an Activity panel on the right-hand side.

What you’ll see in the Activity panel

The Activity panel shows a chronological history of actions taken on that appointment, including:

• When the appointment was created
• Whether it was self-scheduled
• Any updates or changes, including:
  • Who made the change
  • When the change occurred

This makes it easy to understand exactly how and when an appointment was modified.

Last updated indicator

At the bottom of the appointment modal, underneath the Go to Chart, Save, and Delete buttons, you’ll see a Last Updated timestamp reflecting the most recent activity on that appointment.

Tip: Collapse or expand the Activity panel

• Clicking the Last Updated link will collapse the Activity panel if you don’t need it visible.
• Click it again at any time to expand the Activity panel and view the full activity history.
