Using a Cohort Template
Instead of building your cohort from scratch, you can select from one of Akute’s pre-built cohort templates. These templates include commonly used filters (e.g., overdue screenings, chronic conditions) and are fully editable.
- When creating a new cohort, click Select a Template.
- Choose a template from the list.
- The filters will auto-populate; you can modify or remove any as needed prior to saving.
