- Provide responsive customer service: Respond quickly and empathetically to patient concerns
- Use accurate descriptions: Accurately represent your products and services with clear, detailed descriptions
- Avoid manual card entry: Keying in card information manually increases error risk
- Use recognizable billing descriptors: Patients who don't recognize your business name are more likely to dispute charges
- Block repeat offenders: Consider blocking patients who abuse the chargeback process
