What will my customer see on their bank statement?

Your patient's bank statement displays your billing descriptor, which is based on the DBA (Doing Business As) name you provided during account setup. Due to character limits, the name may appear shortened. The goal is for your patient to clearly recognize your practice - Unclear billing descriptors can increase the likelihood of chargebacks.

How can I change my billing descriptor?
