Elation Migration Support Guide

If you’re switching from Elation to Akute, you may want to export your appointment history. Here’s how to pull an Appointment Report from Elation, so our team can help you with the migration:


How to pull an Appointment Report:

  1. In Elation, click “Reports” at the top of any page
  2. Select “Appointment Report”

By default, you’ll see:

• Your own appointments (if you’re a provider)

• Your assigned provider’s appointments (if you’re staff)

• Appointments from the last 7 days


To customize the report:

• Use the Provider dropdown to select “All Providers” or a specific provider

• Manually enter a “From” and “To” date using MM/DD/YYYY format

• Click “Update List”

• Click “Download List of Appointments as CSV” to export the file


What the report includes:

•Appointment date and time

• Patient full name, DOB, and phone number

• Appointment type, reason, and status

• Patient payments (if recorded)

• Patient insurance details


Tips:

• For reports over 14 days, you’ll need to download to view all results

• For timeframes over 6 months, split the report into multiple exports and

combine in a spreadsheet. For example, to pull a report of all appointments

for 2024, you would need to run three reports of the following time frames:

01/01/2024 to 05/31/2024

06/01/2024 to 10/31/2024

11/01/2024 to 12/31/2024
