Zoom Integration

You can utilize Zoom for your video visits through our Zoom integration. 

Enabling the Zoom Integration

To enable the Zoom integration for your team members, an Admin user must first allow Zoom to be used by the organization (see screenshot below). This can be updated in the Settings-Organization page.

Next, each user can enable their Zoom integration by going to the Integrations tab, opening the Zoom panel, and clicking on the switch to authorize the Zoom integration.

Adding Zoom video visits

Now, you can choose Zoom as the video option when making video appointments! 

Removing the Zoom Integration

  1. Log in to your Zoom account and navigate to the Zoom App Marketplace
  2. Click Manage -> Added Apps
  3. Click on the Remove button
