Removing users
You can remove users who no longer work for you from your account by going to Settings —> Organization, scrolling down to the team section, and clicking the (-) symbol next to the user you want to remove from your account.
If the user you are removing is a prescriber, you will no longer be billed for their prescriber access (if applicable).
If the removed provider(s) have upcoming appointments that need to be switched to other providers, you can manually change the provider for an appointment by clicking on the appointment in the Calendar tab and changing the Practitioner in the appointment details pop-up.
