Lab order doesn't show full order/all tests

Occasionally labs will split the order into 2 orders (often due to # of tests) and only show the second order after you click submit. You should see an indicator near the "Submit" button that says "Order 1 of 2" (see screenshot below for example).

The physician will need to print twice; the first page will print when submitted and the UI will automatically show the second page of tests to be sent/printed.
