Using Quick Orders (Lab Favorites)
Quick Orders let you save frequently used lab tests or panels so you can reorder them quickly for future patients without recreating the same labs each time.
How to Create a Quick Order
- Start a new lab order
- Select your lab (Quest, LabCorp, etc.) and choose the test(s) you want to include.
- Check “Save as Quick Order”
- At the bottom of the order form, enable Save as Quick Order.
- Name your Quick Order
- Give it a label you’ll recognize later (for example: “Annual Wellness Labs” or “Hormone Panel”).
- Click “Continue”
- You do not need to submit the order to a real patient.As soon as you hit Continue, your Quick Order is saved.
How to Use a Quick Order
- Open New Order on any patient.
- Scroll to the Quick Orders section.
- Select your saved Quick Order to instantly populate the same tests.
