How to Charge No-Show and Late Cancel Fees
To charge a no-show fee, click into the appointment in question, change the appointment status to "No Show," and click save. At this point, you'll be able to decide whether to charge the no-show fee to your patient.

To charge a late cancel fee, click into the appointment and click "Delete" at the bottom of the appointment detail screen. Once you click to confirm the cancellation, you can decide whether to charge the late cancel fee or continue without charging.

Note: in order to charge no-show or late cancel fees, the appointment must have been self-scheduled. This allows the patient to enter billing information at the time of booking. You can confirm billing information has been added by looking at the "Billing Status" section of the appointment detail screen and confirming the base/no-show/late cancel fees are visible.
