How to Get Started Using Akute Pay

- We'll schedule a call with you.
- During the call, we'll go through your onboarding information in real time.
Please make sure to prepare the following information before your call:
Initial information
- First name
- Last name
- Business email
- Organization type (LLC, etc.)
Business details
- Business legal name
- Business DBA (Doing Business As)
- Tax ID (EIN)
- Customer service phone number (this will appear on the payment descriptor)
- Website
Payment activity estimates
Exclude offline (cash, check, etc.) payments. Incorrect estimates may cause approval delays or held funds.
- Average single payment amount
- Maximum single payment amount
- Total average monthly payments
Business address information
- Street address
- Second address line (if applicable)
Owner information
All owners with ownership of 25% or more must be included. You may add up to 4 owners.
For each owner:
- First name
- Last name
- Date of birth
- Social security number
- Phone number
- Street address
- Second address line (if applicable)
- Ownership percentage
Bank account information
- Routing number
- Account number
