Chargeback fees
When a chargeback is filed, a chargeback fee is assessed to cover processing and investigation costs.
How chargeback funds are adjusted
When a chargeback occurs, an adjustment is made to your next deposit. The adjustment equals the transaction amount plus any applicable chargeback fees.
If you successfully dispute the chargeback, the funds are returned in a subsequent deposit.
