How to Send Sensitive Information Securely Using Onetime Secret

If we ever need you to share sensitive information such as your date of birth, we recommend using a secure service called Onetime Secret: https://onetimesecret.com/en. This ensures your information is encrypted and only viewable once by our team.

Step 1: Visit the Website

Go to https://onetimesecret.com

Step 2: Type Your Message

Scroll down to the “Create Secret Link” section.

In the text box, type the sensitive info you want to share (for example: “My date of birth is 01/01/1990”).

Step 3: Click “Create Link”

After typing your message, click the orange Create Link button.

Step 4: Copy the Secret Link

Once the success message appears, click Copy and paste that link in your message back to us.

Note: Once we open the link, the message disappears. This protects your information from being accessed again.
