Add Patient Reported Medication

You can reconcile medications that a patient has taken previously or from another clinician using the "Add Patient Reported" workflow.

To do this:

1. Go to the Medications tab in a patient's chart
2. Click "+ Prescribe"
3. Click "Add Patient Reported" under the "Add Prescription" button
4. Follow the normal workflow to add a medication
5. Click Save. Now the med list is updated with a new existing medication without prescribing it
