Surescripts Medication History Review & Reconcilation

  1. In the Patient chart Medications page, click the “+Prescribe” button and scroll down towards the bottom of the page.
  2. Select the "Medication History" Tab.
  3. Check “Patient has given consent to retrieve medication history” and click “Show Medication History.”

  4. The page will load the patient’s medication history list. The list can be sorted by Last Fill Date, Dispense,Refills, or Medication Name.

    2. Note: If your patient acknowledges that they are actively taking a medication found in the Medication History list, you can add the medication to the Active Medications list via the “Add” button. This will bring you to the 'Add Patient Reported Medication' workflow.
