Adding new lab/imaging facility
If you do not see the lab/imaging facility you're looking for, please let us know! Our lab vendor regularly adds new facilities, but we can always expedite the process for specific facilities.
Please send an email to support@akuteheath.com with the following:
- Facility name
- If facility is lab or radiology
- Fax number
- Address
- Order sheet with a compendium list (list of tests with codes), if available
