Adding new lab/imaging facility

If you do not see the lab/imaging facility you're looking for, please let us know! Our lab vendor regularly adds new facilities, but we can always expedite the process for specific facilities.

Please send an email to support@akuteheath.com with the following:

1. Facility name
2. If facility is lab or radiology
3. Fax number
4. Address
5. Order sheet with a compendium list (list of tests with codes), if available

If you need to quickly send an order to a facility not listed in our database and cannot wait for us to get them added, you can utilize Akute's referral system to send an order to any fax number of your choosing.
