Sending & receiving SMS texts

You can send and receive SMS texts within Akute. Once setup, you can go into any patient's chart and send and receive texts via your virtual number. 

You can also send internal comments that are private to your clinic and will never be shared with the patient. This allows for internal discussion or notes surrounding the conversation.
