How to resend an account invite

The easiest way resend an account invite is to go to the Reset Password page, enter the user’s email address, and click “Reset Password.”

If you're having trouble with account access for a specific user, we strongly recommend trying the above steps instead of deleting an account (and subsequently recreating an account)! This will save you time and help make sure there are no duplicate accounts.
