Patient portal overview

Our patient portal is available on iOS and Android. Patients can view their labs, vitals, and viewable notes, as well as send/receive secure portal messages (for practices on Akute's growth plan and above).

• For patients to view a note, the note must be signed and the sections must be marked as “Viewable by patient”. Only sections marked as "Viewable by patient" will be seen by patients. If there are no viewable sections, patients won’t see any note.
• Labs will be immediately viewable in the portal. Only structured lab results (not PDFs) will be viewable at this time.
