Updating vitals

Vital Values can be edited or deleted within a chart in Akute (dates or times cannot be edited).

In order to do this first:

• Navigate to the Vitals section of a chart
• From there, click the expansion arrow on the left column next to the vital sign you want to edit/delete (see screenshot)
• This will show a full history of that vital sign with an edit button next to each entry
• Click the Edit option next to the entry you wish to change
• Now you can edit or delete that vital sign value
