Employee census for enrollment doesn’t include contact information
Some employers - especially larger employers - don’t provide the contact information you’ll need for enrollment. This workaround isn’t the ideal patient experience and requires re-entry by your team, but we’ve seen customers require the following question to the appointment scheduling questions:
"If this is your first appointment, please confirm your address and phone number."
This works especially well if you have a specific “initial visit” appointment type you want new patients to schedule, so you don’t burden existing customers. You can also make it required so they must answer that question.
