Provider name changes

The first step is for the doctor to change their official name associated with their NPI.

After this is complete, the provider can update their name in the Settings —> Profile page.

Once the name has been changed in the Akute settings, please email Akute Support at support@akutehealth.com so we can confirm with our e-Prescribe and lab vendors. This should be seamless, but plan for a day for all downstream systems to finalize the update.
