Adding questions from self-scheduling email into chart

We recommend using Akute's custom forms if you'd like to ask questions as part of the self-schedule process. To do this, you'll attach a form bundle link to your custom appointment type email (see related article below). If you’re set on including these questions in the self-scheduling email, you’ll need to copy and paste the answers into the chart.

The self-scheduling flow can be confusing without seeing it for yourself. For this reason, we encourage you to try out your own self-scheduling so you can better understand the patient experience.
