Selecting specific providers appointments

If no provider is assigned to an appointment type, patients have the flexibility to choose any available provider when scheduling their appointment.

If a provider is assigned to an appointment type, the system will automatically schedule the appointment with that provider. You can also create more appointment types for each of the visits you need (e.g. telemedicine & lab follow-up) where you are the provider, and then choose those when scheduling.
