Akute calendar privacy

Currently, users can see their entire clinic’s calendars. Your calendar privacy will depend on whether the calendar event has been created in Akute or Google Calendar (if you have Google Calendar synced).

Calendar events created in Akute (such as appointments) will display the actual event name in your clinic’s Akute calendar. Users in your clinic will be able to view event details as well.

Calendar events created in Google Calendar will show as “Busy: From Google Calendar” in your Akute calendar (example below) and will not display any calendar details unless the event is specifically marked as public in Google Calendar.
