Calendar states/event colors

Your calendar events will display different based on the event type and/or action that has been taken. Here is a quick breakdown of what you’ll see most often:

Google Calendar events/appointments

• White: event has not been accepted
• Crossed out: event was declined
• Gray: existing event on your Google Calendar

Akute events/appointments

• Blue: booked appointment
• Yellow: patient has arrived
• Red: no show
• Green: patient is ready
• Light gray: complete
