Availability date range
One reason your calendar might be grayed out is because of your Availability Date Range. For example, if your appointment types that are open to patients are all set to 10 days in the "Availability Date Range" field, patients can only book 10 days in advance. You can change this setting in each of your appointment types.
In the example below, let's pretend today is May 3. If we set our availability date range to 30 days, appointments will not be available for scheduling in the days that are grayed out due to being more than 30 days from today.
To allow patients to schedule as far out as possible, you can change the "Availability Date Range" field in the appointment types to 999 (we'll provide a set number of options but you can type your own as well).
