Finding a user group

The user groups populate at the end of the dropdown for task owner, rather than alphabetically with the rest of the users. This is to keep them clearly separated. You can also type in the task owner field to more quickly find the desired user group without having to scroll all the way down.

If you're still not seeing the user group you’re looking for, please try logging out (top right of Akute platform) and logging back in to reset your cache.
