DoseSpot e-Prescribing Authorization Agreement

If you see the screen below when attempting to e-Prescribe, you will need to complete these agreements with DoseSpot (our e-Prescribe vendor) before you are able to move forward with the e-Prescribe process. That is a requirement from our vendor to ensure HIPAA compliance.
