Changing a patient’s name on a prescription

If you’ve recently changed a patient’s name and are experiencing syncing issues with e-Prescribe or lab ordering, please try these steps:

  1. Refresh your browser.
  2. Go to that patient’s demographics page and click “Save” at the bottom.

This should force sync with e-Prescribe and lab ordering, but please reach out to support@akutehealth.com if you need additional help!
