Re-Sync Hint Patient Data to Akute

If, for some reason, a patient's data is not matching in Akute and Hint, you can force the data to resync.


If Akute has the most up to date data, then:

  • Navigate to the demographics page of the chart
  • Scroll down and click Save
  • This will force an update in Hint

If Hint has the most up to date data, then:

  • Navigate to their chart in Hint (by clicking the credit card icon in their summary bar in Akute)
  • Scroll down to the Integrations section
  • Click Actions->Push data to partner in the Akute Health EHR row (see screenshot)
