Displayed number on inbound calls

When patients call your virtual Akute phone number, the number that displays on your phone will depend on your communication settings:

• For phone numbers that are set up as round robin, you'll see your practice's virtual number calling instead of the individual patient number.
• For phone numbers that are set up as one-to-one, you'll see the phone number of the caller (or their contact, if you've saved their contact information in your phone).
