Adding a custom video link

Currently, the only third party video integration Akute offer is Zoom. Akute does have native telehealth functionality if you'd like to use this, although it is more limited in features than an option like Zoom or Meet.

If you'd like to use a non-Zoom option (such as Meet), you can add a custom video link when scheduling an appointment. Because this is not an integration like Zoom, you'd have to add this link on a per-appointment basis.

To do this, click "Yes" on Video Visit, "Yes" on Custom Video Link, and add the custom link (see GIF below).
