Valid patient eligibility error

When attempting to submit a prior authorization, you might run into this error: "You must edit the prescription and choose a valid patient eligibility."

Akute's prescribing workflow has a refresh button when editing a pending prescription. If you see this error, please press the refresh button (see screenshot below). This assigns the patient's correct eligibility ID to the prescription and allows the ePA to be initiated.
