Troubleshooting SMS notifications

If you're experiencing issues receiving SMS notifications, please check the following:

1. Your virtual number is saved as a contact in your phone.
2. You have not blocked your virtual number. On iPhone, this is in Settings > Messages > Blocked Contacts (under SMS/MMS).
3. You have not unsubscribed from your virtual number. If you're unsure of this, please text "START" to your virtual number.
4. "Filter Unknown Senders" is toggled off (on iPhone, this is in Settings > Messages). If it has been toggled on, check your spam/junk folder for messages.
