Print Patient Chart

You can print a patient chart using our "Print Clinical Profile" feature.

This is accessible on desktop/laptop in the Patient Summary Bar via the 3-dot icon->Print Clinical Profile button. From there, you can select if you want to include Med list, Allergy list, Problem list, and Notes.

Once you've made your selections of what to include, click Generate PDF . We'll generate a PDF with all the data printed as well as patient demographics with clinic logo & letterhead. That PDF can then be printed or saved to your computer as needed.

If you need to print other parts of the chart such as labs or vitals, you can print those directly from the tables in those tabs.
