Finding chart URL

Often when troubleshooting an issue, Akute Support will ask for the patient chart URL. This allows us to pull the patient ID and more accurately look into what might be happening.

To send the chart URL, simply copy the URL when in the patient's chart and paste it into a support ticket. This will be at the top of your browser (highlighted in the screenshot below). If you're in full-screen mode, you might have to exit this mode to see the URL.
