Voicemail

Because our phone system routes calls through actual phones (instead of a VoIP system that uses apps) we are limited to allowing voicemails on one-to-one calls.

This means that patients will not be able to leave voicemails on round robin or simulring calls. The reason for this is that we do not have a way to designate a specific phone number in round robin/simulring as the voicemail-receiving number.

On one-to-one calls, patients will be able to leave voicemails on the phone/phone number you've assigned to route the one-to-one call through (please see screenshot below). This means you'll retrieve your voicemails on your own phone instead of in the EHR.
