Printed Prescriptions "Not For Dispensing" Watermark

If you are printing a prescription with no pharmacy selected, it will provide you with a paper to print with the prescription details and signature field. However, you may notice that sometimes a watermark saying "Not For Dispensing" appears (see image below). Here are some rules around when this will occur or not:

When clicking in the active medication list, Actions->Reprint Prescription

• If the reprinted prescription is for a non-controlled prescription, the watermark should not display. 
• If the reprinted prescription is for a controlled prescription or if the user does not have a Prescriber role, the watermark should display.
