Allowing new patients to fill out form

You can allow new/unregistered patients to fill out forms as part of your signup workflow. A chart will be created for a patient after they have completed your form bundle.

To allow this, your form bundle needs to be enabled for new patients. Go to your Forms and select "Allow Unregistered Patients" for the specific form bundle.

You can decide whether the unregistered patient needs to fill out all forms in the bundle to create a chart. If you uncheck "Save submission after each form," the patient will need to complete all forms in the bundle. Note that you need to change these settings for each form bundle separately (as opposed to a clinic-wide setting).
