How to view & edit user permissions

First, navigate to the Team page on your account:

  1. Go to Settings --> Organization
  2. Scroll down to Team Members

To view any user's permissions:

  1. Hover over the “i” symbol to the left of each user

To edit a user's permissions:

  1. You must be an admin to edit a user's permissions.
  2. Click Edit next to a user's email to update their permissions.
  3. Choose the new permissions for the user & add any new required information (such as npi or dob).
  4. Click Save.
