How to view & edit user permissions
First, navigate to the Team page on your account:
- Go to Settings --> Organization
- Scroll down to Team Members
To view any user's permissions:
- Hover over the “i” symbol to the left of each user
To edit a user's permissions:
- You must be an admin to edit a user's permissions.
- Click Edit next to a user's email to update their permissions.
- Choose the new permissions for the user & add any new required information (such as npi or dob).
- Click Save.
