Adding a user to multiple Akute accounts (charges)

It’s increasingly common for users to ask about adding a practitioner to multiple Akute accounts. Practitioners with the same NPI can be added to multiple Akute accounts as prescribing users, but they will incur a separate charge for each account they have prescribing permissions for.*

Practitioners can also be added as a clinical staff (non-prescribing) user at no additional cost. Among other actions, clinical staff users can schedule, take notes, and prepare prescriptions (but not approve & send).

*Growth and startup plans include one prescribing user, while custom plans generally include higher prescribing user allotments. To check how many prescribing users are included in your plan, please reach out to Akute Support at support@akutehealth.com.
